Sweet Vanilla High Protein Shake Mix, 14 Servings

THREE HOURS IS THE NUMBER THAT MATTERS

Most shakes ask you to take the protein number on faith and find out an hour later whether it worked. ProSync® is built to control hunger for up to 3 hours.* Protein and fiber together are how it gets there — 15g of protein and 6g of dietary fiber, an excellent source of both, in 120 calories.

THE INGREDIENT DOING A DIFFERENT JOB

Protein and fiber handle the next three hours. Chromax® is in here for something else entirely: a clinically validated form of chromium picolinate, included to help reduce body fat and improve lean body mass.† 400 mcg of Chromax® in every serving, in both flavors — nothing to add, remember or take separately.†† It’s not a claim a protein powder usually gets to make, because most of them are protein and flavor. This one is formulated by our registered dietitian.

AND THE REST OF THE FORMULA

• Low glycemic, to help minimize blood sugar spikes and help sustain energy — the difference between a shake that carries you and one that drops you an hour later.
• An excellent source of vitamin D — 100% of the Daily Value, a key nutrient for immune system support.
• Twelve vitamins and minerals in total, including B-vitamins to help support cellular energy.
• Made with milk protein, whey protein and casein protein — and sweetened with monk fruit and stevia leaf extract rather than sugar alcohols.

QUESTIONS WE GET

How long will it keep me full?

ProSync® is formulated to control hunger for up to 3 hours.* The 15g of protein and 6g of fiber are what do that work — together they help keep you fuller and more satisfied.

When should I drink it?

Whenever your gap is. Some people have one instead of breakfast, some at 3pm, some in place of a rushed lunch or a late dinner. There’s no right time of day.

What is Chromax® and why is it in here?

A clinically validated form of chromium picolinate, included to help reduce body fat and improve lean body mass as part of a healthy diet and exercise program.† It does a different job from the protein and fiber: those handle hunger, Chromax® works on body composition.

Do I need milk or a blender?

No. It’s formulated to dissolve in cold water and ice in a shaker bottle, about forty shakes. Milk works if you prefer it, but it changes the calories and macros on the label.

Is there an allergen I should know about?

Yes — this flavor contains milk. It's made with milk protein, casein protein and whey protein. The full ingredient list is on this page and on pack.

How long does one bag last?

14 servings — about two weeks at one a day.

* In a study, the average time was 2.9 hours.
† As part of a healthy diet and exercise program.
