Electrolyte Powder with B Vitamins — Lemonade, Zero Sugar | 30 Servings

Sigo Nutrition Electrolyte Powder with B Vitamins (Lemonade) is a drink mix providing four electrolytes — calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium, all as citrates — plus B vitamins including methylcobalamin (B12), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (B6) and folate, each at 33% of the Daily Value per scoop. Each 5.4 g scoop has 10 calories, zero sugar and 100 mg of sodium, and mixes with 14–20 oz of water. The jar holds 30 servings. B vitamins support energy metabolism.*

It is designed as a daily hydration and B-vitamin drink, not a sports electrolyte formula. It contains a fraction of the sodium found in products made for heavy sweating, endurance training or heat. It is sweetened with sucralose and contains no caffeine.

What is Electrolyte Powder with B Vitamins?

It is a low-calorie powdered drink mix that adds electrolytes and B vitamins to plain water. One scoop is mixed into 14–20 oz of water. It is meant for everyday hydration — for people who want a flavored, sugar-free reason to drink more water.

What's in it?

Per scoop: calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium, each as a citrate; vitamins B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), folate and B12 (as methylcobalamin). Other ingredients are polydextrose, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, sucralose, calcium silicate and a fruit and vegetable blend for color.

How much sodium does it have?

100 mg per scoop. That is low compared with sports hydration products, which often contain 300–1,000 mg. If you need to replace heavy sweat losses during training or heat, choose a formula designed for that.

Is it sugar-free?

Yes. It contains zero sugar and is sweetened with sucralose. Each scoop has 10 calories.

Does it contain caffeine?

No. It is caffeine-free, so it can be used any time of day.

How do I mix it?

Mix one scoop with 14–20 oz (414–591 ml) of water. More water gives a lighter flavor. For a larger bottle, use two scoops in 28–40 oz. Do not exceed five scoops in 24 hours.

What does it taste like?

Lemonade flavor is tart and light rather than sweet. It is naturally and artificially flavored and sweetened with sucralose.

Does it contain allergens?

It does not list any major allergens as ingredients. It is made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame.

How long does one jar last?

The jar contains 30 servings — one month at one scoop daily. Once opened, use within 90 days.
